What does a Chemist do?
A Chemist evaluates the chemical and physical properties of various organic and inorganic substances in order to investigate their applications to medicine and other industries. Entry level positions rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

How do you prepare?
This career requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related subject and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. A heavy concentration of science and math classes is beneficial if you want to be a Chemist.
