What does a Social Worker do?
A Social Worker interviews, coordinates, and plans programs and activities to meet the social and emotional needs of their clients and clients’ family. This position also provides crisis intervention and assists families in understanding the implications and complexities of the medical situation and its impact on one’s lifestyle.

How do you prepare?
To become a Social Worker, a master’s degree in social work and 2-4 years of experience is required.
